Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our wellness center services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Services Offered:

Our wellness center offers a variety of services to promote wellness and relaxation. The availability and pricing of these services may vary and are subject to change without notice.

 

2. Bookings:

To book any of our services, you must call our center. All bookings are subject to availability. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact information, and medical history.

3. Confirmations:

To confirm an appointment, a non-refundable deposit must be paid in advance which will later on be deducted from your final bill. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking. Bookings without cleared deposits will not be confirmed. If a deposit is not cleared after the second reminder, the time slot will be reinstated and available to book by other clients.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a loss of deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances or staff availability issues. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates/times or provide a refund if necessary.

5. Client obligations:

Before undergoing any therapy session, you must provide informed consent, indicating that you understand the procedure and its potential risks and benefits. If you have any concerns or questions, it is your responsibility to seek clarification from the practitioner before proceeding. You must follow the practitioner's instructions before and aftercare. Understand that the results of the treatments may vary from person to person. Recognize that the practitioner cannot guarantee specific outcomes or complete resolution of any health issue. Arrive on time for your scheduled session to ensure that the practitioner can provide the full allotted time for your treatment. Late arrivals can result in loss of deposit and refusal of service.

 

6. Payments:

Payment for our services must be made in full before or straight after your session. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer payment methods. Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Any additional fees or charges incurred during the provision of services (e.g., special requests, additional treatments) must be paid promptly.

 

7. Refunds and Returns:

Refunds and returns are subject to our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds or service credits in the event of cancellations/rescheduling made by us, or if the service provided does not meet our quality standards. Products purchased from our wellness center are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

 

8. Liability:

While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, you acknowledge that participating in our services may involve certain risks. You agree to accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your visit to our wellness center unless it is solely due to the negligence of our employees. We recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activities or treatments. 

9. Offers and Promotions:

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are subject to availability

 

10. Privacy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and comply with our rules as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Code of Conduct:

We expect all visitors to our wellness center to behave respectfully towards our staff, other visitors, and the equipment/facilities provided. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any individual to leave if they engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. By taking photos or videos within our premises, you grant Al-Shifa Therapy Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display these materials for promotional or marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to featuring them on our website, social media platforms, print materials, or any other advertising medium. This license does not extend to the use of your personal information or images of our therapists.

All media utilized by us is copyrighted and is not available for use by others without our explicit consent.
